Our in-house broaching machine, designed and manufactured by Kestaş, features a pulling force of 30 metric tons and a stroke of 1,550 mm; it enables reliable and consistent production in demanding broaching operations that require high tonnage. On our contract broaching line, which processes both internal and surface broaches of various sizes and geometries, a total of 8 broaching machines—the number of which is continuously increased based on capacity and operational needs—are actively in service.
